Under the condition that there is no abnormality, start stirring and put the material into the specified quantity.The reaction kettle above 10m or the reactor with stirred bottom bearing is strictly prohibited to operate empty, so that stirring can only be started when the bottom bearing is immersed in the liquid level.
4. Strictly follow the technical operation rules of the reaction kettle, pay attention to the temperature and pressure in the reaction kettle and the pressure in the jacket of the reaction kettle at any time, and overpressure and overtemperature are strictly prohibited.
5. During the reaction process, the inspection shall be conducted on circuit, and problems shall be timely dealt with if found.
6. If overpressure occurs, immediately open the vent valve.Emergency pressure relief.
7. In case of overheating, immediately use water to cool down.The temperature after cooling should meet the process requirements.
8. Stop feeding due to power failure during feeding, and open the vent valve to cool the water supply.Long - term stop should be the kettle residual liquid clean, close the bottom valve, feed valve, steam inlet valve, discharge valve, etc.
The correct operation of the reactor is the premise to ensure safety, and pay attention to the daily maintenance after the reactor is used, so that the reactor can have a better service life.
